No, you are not required to provide JMD Janitorial or its cleaning experts with cleaning products or equipment. Our team has professional-grade tools to ensure an effective cleaning service. You only need to provide toiletries, paper towels, hand soap, and waste bin liners.
How do I cancel a cleaning appointment?
If you would like to cancel your cleaning appointment, please contact us within three (3) business days to select an appointment time that works better for you.
What can I expect during my first cleaning appointment?
There is no need to be nervous about your first cleaning appointment. Our highly trained and friendly custodians will make your business a cleaner and safer place to work as soon as they arrive.
Do I have to be present while you clean my property?
No. In fact, our clients prefer that we begin cleaning after their business has closed for the day.
Do you send the same person every time?
We assign our custodians to the same location.
If the custodian(s) who typically works on your property, we will arrange for another team member to arrive at the agreed-upon time. We will continue to provide the same high level of service that you have come to expect from JMD Janitorial.
